Community Standards Policy

Community Standards policy sets forth guidelines on what constitutes as acceptable usage of the oYari service. oYari staff reserves the right to limit, suspend, or ban users who violate any of these guidelines.

We strongly encourage you to periodically review this policy to be informed of the Community Standards and acceptable uses guidelines. We occasionally update this policy to reflect company and customer feedback. If you have any questions, concerns, or words about this policy, please contact us at support@oyari.com.

oYari users must follow these Community Standards otherwise their account might be limited, suspended or banned:

Users are not permitted to perform any of these behaviors mentioned below.

Commercial Activities

Promoting your products, business or services are strictly prohibited unless you have a signed written commercial agreement with our company. Displaying products, business or services, or links to products, business or services, is considered as commercial activities.

 

Spamming

Spamming the Live Stream or other users in any manner.

 

Spreading Rumors

Spreading rumors or giving misleading information about the app, owner and the staff is violation of the policy.

 

Sexual Content

Using or sharing sexual content (language/pictures) are not acceptable.

 

Inappropriate Content

It's our sole right to determine if any content is inappropriate for the community or violating the standards or not, and generally we look into the context or perception during determination. We keep right to control the content in either case.

 

Illegal Activities

Conduction or promotion of illegal activities.

 

Slurs & Epithets

Racial, religious and/or ethnic slurs/epithets are not allowed.

 

Threatening

You may not use oYari to transmit or communicate any materials of a threatening or harmful nature, including threats of death or physical harm, or materials that are harassing, libelous, defamatory, or which facilitate extortion. We have a zero tolerance policy for threatening other users.

 

Extreme Violence Matters

Picture/images or textual matters of extreme violence (including, but not limited to, people or animals being hurt) are treated as Community Standards Violation.

 

Offensive Language

Offensive language, including profanity, is not allowed. Sending offensive text or pictures without the recipient's consent are forbidden. You may chat with and exchange pictures or images with other oYari users, so long as what you are doing is not illegal and does not contain illegal content or information. You agree to be solely responsible for knowing what is legal as it pertains to your geographic region. In some cases it may be illegal to access, distribute or facilitate the distribution of obscene, pornographic indecent, hateful or otherwise offensive materials.

Users aren't permitted to swear or use slang language against others or target individuals or groups. While identifying either swear words or any attempt to humiliate/intimidate a targeted individual or group, we don't care about grammar, spelling, order, short form, long form, or any direct/indirect meaning.

 

Incite to Post Restricted Content

Inciting other users to post restricted content is strictly prohibited.

 

Uses of Intellectual Property

You can't use intellectual property of other oYari users or third parties without their explicit permissions. It's your sole responsibility to ensure that you have enough uses rights.

 

Unintended Access

You may not access oYari in any way or for purpose which it was not intended to be accessed. This includes hacking, reverse engineering, or cracking the website, mobile apps, or web service.
